Effective date: April 10, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of EdgeSpark, including the website, dashboard, APIs, CLI, and related services.
By accessing or using EdgeSpark, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and Use
You may use EdgeSpark only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms. You are responsible for your account, your team members, and the activities that happen under your access to the service.
2. The Service
EdgeSpark is a platform for building, deploying, and operating full-stack apps with AI coding agents and related cloud workflows, including managed deployment, auth, database, storage, secrets, logging, and runtime wiring.
The service may change over time. Features may be added, modified, paused, or removed, especially during beta or early product stages.
3. Accounts and Security
You must provide accurate information when creating or using an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Your Content
You keep ownership of the code, content, project settings, schemas, secrets, files, and other materials you submit to EdgeSpark.
You grant us a limited right to host, store, process, transmit, and use that material only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
You are responsible for making sure you have the right to submit that material and for deciding whether EdgeSpark is suitable for your use case.
5. Your Deployed Applications
You are responsible for the applications you build, deploy, or operate on EdgeSpark, including their content, behavior, compliance, and relationships with your own end users.
If your deployed application collects personal information from its users, you are responsible for providing any required notices, policies, and permissions for that application.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use EdgeSpark to:
- break the law or violate the rights of others
- attempt unauthorized access to the service or other users
- interfere with the security or operation of the service
- upload malicious code, abuse infrastructure, or spam
- use the service with content or data that you do not have the right to use
7. Beta Status and Availability
EdgeSpark may be in beta or early access. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and we do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every feature will work perfectly in every environment.
8. No Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EdgeSpark disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
9. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you have violated these Terms, created security or legal risk, or harmed the service or other users. You may stop using EdgeSpark at any time.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EdgeSpark will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenues, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will post the updated version here and change the effective date above. Continued use of EdgeSpark after an update means the new Terms apply going forward.
